A new lineup of carbon ceramic brake discs is now available for the Nissan R35 GTR Platform as direct replacement for the cast iron discs or as part of an upgrade for R35 brake upgrade for the Nissan Skylines, Silvia and Z32 and Z33 models. The CCB-R disc design has undergone several months development and simulation work to ensure we have selected the optimum carbon ceramic construction method as well as a key focus on disc cooling with the addition of directional internal cooling vanes. A product that will offer high performance for both street and track day use. 

Manufactured using 3D composition of long length continuous carbon fibres arranged into a matrix offering multiple benefits over conventional carbon ceramic discs (CCM) or otherwise made using short length fibres.

*Note: 36mm thick front and 32mm thick rear discs will require clearancing of the R35 front and rear calipers with approx 1mm removal each side of the inner wall of the caliper. Contact us for more details if guidance is required. 

Each set comes complete with lightweight billet 7075 T6 aluminium bells and are hard anodised for durability and protecting against the corrosion and oxidisation and a fully floating stainless steel bobbin kit to fasten the disc to the bell.

Discs are made to order, please allow approx 8 week lead time.

Our standard shipping fulfilled by Royal Mail using a tracked service and which partners with USPS in USA and local postal services for other countries. Expect this service to deliver between 7-14 days. Tracking number is provided for most regions. 

For express shipping select DHL at check out we can usually fulfil delivery between 2-5 days typically to most countries (Customs checks and delays are possible in some regions).

Canada Post in Canada are experiencing severe delays of up to 4-6 weeks in some cases as well as the risk of parcels being lost. Please select DHL where possible.
