HKS 0.8mm RB26 Twin Turbo Oil Restrictor. Must be used when upgrading from journal bearing turbo to a Garrett GT28xx ball bearing turbo. A Garrett ball bearing turbo only requires a mist of oil. Failure to restrict oil via a restrictor could potentially blow out the oil seals, leading to a turbo failure.
